This is not what everyone wants to read, but I put it out here to protect myself.
I am not a doctor. I have no medical experience with Celiac, and I do not claim any. I, Kerry, am a stay-at-home mother with a Celiac daughter. I have tried and failed many times with foods for her. When I fail either I have unknowingly given her gluten, or I have fed her foods that taste terrible!
My blog is only designed as a place to find help in cooking for people you love. I will never give medical advice. I will tell you ways to find gluten free food without paying an arm and a leg for it. I will also share what took me years to learn.
I do not own rights to the products I use. I may be posting photos, but claim no ownership in these branded products.
It is my hope that people reading my posts will occasionally send in photos or comments. These will become property of Momsypoo so that we will all be able to learn together.
