My daughter woke up at 5am this morning to go fishing. She opened the Hamilton Beach HomeBaker and took out the gluten free bread. She sliced enough for toast for breakfast and sandwiches for later. When I woke up later, I had enough for 4 slices of gluten free bread for breakfast. Now I am making more!
Momsypoo’s Gluten Free Chili
I must give credit for this recipe of gluten free chili to my sister, Donna Trent. She started me on my gluten free chili path a few years ago. Since then I think it has been changed enough and perfected to the point that I now call it my own. I would not have used some of the ingredients without my amazing sister’s coaxing though.
This chili kicks you in the throat. It is not for the faint of heart. This is the chili you make to impress friends. I have always wanted to bring this to a chili cook-off. If this blog makes it out to the public then I will have no reason to enter a chili cook-off because everyone will be making this. It is one of my best recipes.
