I just made gluten free bagels. I have never made any bagel before today. I have always assumed that they were too difficult. Well, my new favorite gluten free bagels take 10 minutes to prepare and 12 minutes in the Power AirFryer XL. What a wonderful recipe. It is as easy as making pancakes and you get something different. When was the last time you had a great gluten free bagel and when was the last time it was homemade? Continue reading “Gluten Free Bagels”
Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Gluten free chocolate chip cookies RUN! They always taste terrible and crumble and are dry and lifeless, but wait! This is Momsypoo. I have the answer. Follow me to the best ever gluten free chocolate chip cookie you will ever eat, or you made it wrong. LOL
Gluten Free 500-Degree Chicken
500-degree chicken is originally made a bit different. I have had to change it a bit to make it gluten free 500-degree chicken. When I used to make it, I would use wheat flour to make the gravy. Now I make it truly gluten free 500-degree chicken because we use the juices and buttery spices as our gravy. My daughter liked it that way, so it kind of stuck with us.
Gluten Free French Toast
I cannot tell you how long I have made gluten free French Toast, wrongO!!! My traditional way was lots of egg, little milk, flip flip and into the pan. Nope! Not anymore! Now my gluten free French Toast can rival anyone, and today I’ll share how I make it.
Gluten Free Applesauce
OK! Yes! I am playing the game. All applesauce is and should be gluten free. Why am I writing a blog about gluten free applesauce? One, of the fastest, easiest, and most delicious snacks, is gluten free applesauce “LOL.”
One of the cheapest fruits is apples. A fruit that is rarely out of season is apples. Apples can be found in any market, and they are so easily accessible.
Gluten Free Bread
Gluten free bread in your bread machine.
My daughter woke up at 5am this morning to go fishing. She opened the Hamilton Beach HomeBaker and took out the gluten free bread. She sliced enough for toast for breakfast and sandwiches for later. When I woke up later, I had enough for 4 slices of gluten free bread for breakfast. Now I am making more!
Momsypoo’s Gluten Free Chili
Momsypoo’s Gluten Free Chili
I must give credit for this recipe of gluten free chili to my sister, Donna Trent. She started me on my gluten free chili path a few years ago. Since then I think it has been changed enough and perfected to the point that I now call it my own. I would not have used some of the ingredients without my amazing sister’s coaxing though.
This chili kicks you in the throat. It is not for the faint of heart. This is the chili you make to impress friends. I have always wanted to bring this to a chili cook-off. If this blog makes it out to the public then I will have no reason to enter a chili cook-off because everyone will be making this. It is one of my best recipes. WARNING… not for the person who whines and doesn’t like spicy food. Continue reading “Momsypoo’s Gluten Free Chili”
Momsypoo’s Gluten Free Eggplant Parmesan
Momsypoo’s gluten free eggplant parmesan. Is there a dish that warms my heart more than gluten free eggplant parmesan on a cold winter night? People think that it is so hard and time consuming, but it is one of my favorite dishes to make. I love how I can get my family to eat a vegetable that they otherwise wouldn’t eat. Every time I make gluten free eggplant parmesan they always ask for second helpings.
Momsypoo’s Gluten Free Air-Fried Pork Chops
Momsypoo’s Gluten Free Air-Fried Pork Chops
On the menu, tonight is Momsypoo’s gluten free air-fried pork chops. I have to say that when you have a good pork chop, you have a great meal. Gluten free pork chops should be just as tasty as what Mom used to make or why to bother.
I remember my Mom making pork chops when I was young. They were juicy and flavorful and my goal is to make gluten free pork chops taste just as good. Continue reading “Momsypoo’s Gluten Free Air-Fried Pork Chops”
Gluten Free Lemon Loaf
A shared Facebook post. Today an old post showed up in my Facebook memory for gluten free lemon loaf. The ingredient list was found on Facebook a long time ago, and I came across it again today. (Gluten Free Lemon Loaf, possibly Starbucks.)
